Q: Is it possible to enroll in a two year master program?
A: No. We only offer an Integrated Doctoral Education Program.

Q: Do I do course work or research during the first two years of this program?
A: You do both.

Q: How is the entrance exam carried out?

Q: When is the entrance exam?
A: We will inform each applicant after we receive his/her application documents.

Q: I will graduate after the second semester of 20xx. Is it possible to apply for the next year?
A: Yes. The application guide for the next year enrollment will be available in around every September.

Q: I am in Japan now. Can I apply for this program?
A: Please see here.

Q: I would like to be exempt from submitting my English proficiency test score.
A: Applicants who are native English speaker or have been awarded an undergraduate and/or graduate degree from an institution from the following countries are not required to submit an English test score: United States of America, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Such applicants should consult with their intended academic supervisor in advance before sending application documents.

Q: I emailed many TokyoTech professors, but have not yet got any answers.
A: It is up to each professor to reply the mail from the applicants.

Q: I would like to come to TokyoTech as a visiting/exchange student for a short term (not for a degree).
